Legacy Diving West exists to develop champions both on and off the diving boards. We teach proper diving mechanics and techniques, as well as tailor instruction to individuals according to their needs for a successful and fun experience. We offer instruction on both 1 and 3 meter springboards; platform levels 3 m, 5 m, 7.5 m, & 10 m; and on land with dry boards and trampoline at Newton Aerial Academy.
