JO National divers are expected to practice 4 days every week.
In High School dive season? Partial participation will be a 3M practice at Calvin on Monday nights.
Competitions

Competitions
Competition in at least 4 meets is required and requires a deposit. The goal for these divers is to eventually compete in college.
Team and Class Fees
These are coaching and facility rental fees. Meet fees are additional for JO competitions.

JO Meet Fees
Meet fees are separate from practice fees. When your diver is assigned a team, you will be contacted about the meet fees. See Handbook (below) for details.
Spring and summer Camps
All National Team members are encouraged to sign up for LDW camps at Calvin. LDW coaches will run all camps. Registration goes through Calvin Summer Camps Office.
