This group offers both pool and dryland practices. Each class will have a strength building warm-up and stretching to improve flexibility. Students will practice jumps, dives, and lineups off the poolside before attempting them off of the diving board. Developing balance, body awareness, and foundation skills for diving will be a fun and rewarding experience.

Sundays 2:30-3:30pm
April 18-May 23 (Off May 9)
Each class is billed separately, but bundle classes for a 20% discount!
