These groups offer both pool and dryland practices. Because so much of diving technique happens before the diver touches the water, these groups focus on board work in the gym. Each class will have a strength building warm-up and stretching to improve flexibility. Students will practice jumps, dives, and lineups off a dry board or poolside before beginning on the diving boards.
The development of balance, body awareness, and foundation skills for diving from these classes will be a fun and rewarding experience.
