This group offers both pool and dryland practices. Because so much of the diving technique happens before the diver touches the water, this group focuses their boardwork in the gym. Each class will have a strength building warm-up and stretching to improve flexibility. Students will practice jumps, dives, and lineups off a gym board before moving to the water.
Developing balance, body awareness, and foundation skills for diving will be a fun and rewarding experience.
